From 22+⁰ to 23+⁶ weeks gestation:
Please consult with Neonatology and/or Maternal Fetal Medicine to individualize management in the peri-viable period for both latency antibiotics and/or corticosteroid administration

Q6h while awake (temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and blood pressure)

Non-Penicillin Allergic
Penicillin Allergy
Allergy to Cefazolin or Type IV Hypersensitivity Reaction to Beta-Lactams
e.g. Stevens-Johnson Syndrome
Erythromycin 250mg PO, Q6H for 10 days
Betamethasone 12mg IM, Q24H for 2 doses (fetal lung maturation)
For patients at 24+⁰ to 34+⁶ weeks of gestation
